Delete Your Laevyl Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Laevyl account and the data associated with it. Laevyl is developed and operated by Stayvale LLC.

Request account deletion

To request deletion, email our privacy team using the button below. For account security, please send the request from the email address associated with your Laevyl account whenever possible.

Request Account Deletion

If you cannot email us from the address associated with your account, include the account email in your request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.

What happens when you request deletion

  1. You submit a deletion request to [email protected].
  2. We may verify that you are the owner of the Laevyl account.
  3. Once the request is verified and approved, the Laevyl account and associated user data are deleted from our active systems, subject to any limited retention described below.

Data associated with your account

Depending on the features you have used, account-associated data may include authentication/account information, profile information, progression and quest data, friends and social connections, inventory and in-app progression records, notification/device-token records, and stored quest progress derived from supported health or activity features.

Limited retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, or backup and recovery processes. Data retained for these purposes is not kept for ordinary continued use of the deleted account and is removed in accordance with applicable retention processes.

Deleting your account in the Laevyl app

Laevyl is being designed to provide an account-deletion path from within the app as well. This webpage remains available so that you can request deletion even if you no longer have Laevyl installed or cannot access the app.
